peiker Holding enables strategic expansion in civil aviation : FTI Engineering Network, acquires assets from APUS Zero Emission

FTI Engineering Network GmbH, a subsidiary of peiker Holding GmbH, is significantly expanding its capacities and range of services as part of an asset deal with APUS Zero Emission GmbH. With the acquisition of key assets and specialists, FTI is further expanding its presence in civil aviation and strengthening its position as one of the leading providers in the field of aircraft modification in Europe.

In future, the focus at the Strausberg site will be on the development and modification of civil aviation projects. With the asset deal, FTI will grow to around 100 employees. The newly acquired expertise in aircraft construction and development will significantly boost the expansion of the service portfolio.

Michael Weisel, Managing Director of FTI, is delighted: "I am very happy that we have been awarded the contract and have now gained many new, highly motivated employees as a result of the asset deal. We are therefore ideally equipped to meet the future requirements of the aviation industry in an innovative way."
