Expanding into a new market is a strategic turning point for many companies. For the Peiker family's group of companies, the move into the Netherlands in 2025 meant much more than just geographical expansion: it was a conscious decision in favor of market proximity, innovation, and sustainable international growth.
With the founding of pei tel Communications B.V., an independent Dutch entity was created, which today operates from locations in Tilburg and Amersfoort. The impetus for expansion came from the requirements of a global customer who needed a strong local presence in the Netherlands. At the same time, it presented an opportunity to structurally integrate existing activities into the group and develop them further strategically.
“Our mission is to break down barriers in communication,” explains CFO Benjamin Asmus. “Whether it's security in buildings, team communication in sports, or European security projects, reliable communication is crucial.”
The market entry was not a standard process. Contract negotiations, corporate structures, and tax issues required careful planning. Together with RSM, the Dutch company was set up on a structurally and fiscally sound basis.

With sales of around €3 million in 2025 and a target of €5.5 million for the current year, it is clear that the decision to enter the Dutch market was strategically correct.
The focus is now on stabilizing and further expanding activities before possible further international steps follow.
